§ 69. Mr. Palmerasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will issue a White Paper setting out the principles of the Government's policy on the nationalised industries, including pricing and expected financial returns, the level of wages and salaries, the selection and security of tenure of chairmen and managers, and accountability to Ministers and Parliament.
