§ Mr. WoodIn addition to the proposed provision of an English Language Teaching Unit in Phnom Penh and an increase in the number of awards which we are offering for training in this country, we shall, subject to Parliamentary approval, make a gift to the Cam-322W bodian Government of material worth £100,000, with which to build bridges.
