§ Mr. Gordon CampbellI hope to make regulations for central institutions in time for them to take effect from the start of the academic session 1971–72. So far as the colleges of education are concerned, the requirements of Section 15 of the Education (Scotland) Act, 1969 are met by existing regulations, but I am discussing with the interested parties how far amendment is needed.
