§ Mr. Gordon CampbellA new old people's home is to be provided at Forrest Street by Airdrie Town Council. Work is expected to start early in 1971, and the cost will depend on tenders which are shortly to be invited. The plans provide for 26 single and seven double bedrooms for 40 old people of both sexes.
