§ Mrs. Sally Oppenheimasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will consider extending the additional allowance for those on supplementary benefit with special need for extra heating to all retirement pensioners who have no other means of support.
§ Mr. DeanPensioner households with little or no resources other than retirement pensions are normally entitled to supplementary pensions, and hence will be covered by the improved arrangements for meeting special heating needs, as described in the reply my right hon.
