§ Mr. Fauldsasked the Secretary of State for the Environment what action he intends taking against the local authorities who failed to produce plans for the provision of gipsy sites by 30th September, 1970.
§ Mr. Graham PageA number of local authorities did not produce such plans because they had under the provisions of the Caravans Sites Act, 1968, applied for exemption. My right hon. Friend is 405W examining such applications in order to reach decisions upon them.
