379W
§ Mr. Elystan Morgan:If a witness asks for a copy of his statement, he is normally provided with one unless there are grounds for believing that he requires it for some purpose which might prejudice the course of justice, but it is not the practice to supply a person who is not being called to give evidence with a copy of his statement unless he gives a good reason for requiring it.
