§ Mr. O'Malley:Where a claimant is the owner-occupier of a house on which he holds a mortgage, the interest payable, but not repayment of capital, is taken into account when calculating his supplementary benefit. If the husband is on strike, the interest is similarly taken into account when calculating the benefit payable to his dependants.
