Mr. Ian Lloyd

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what communication he has received from Mr. A. W. Miles of 33 Pyrford Close, Waterlooville, Portsmouth, Hampshire, concerning the delay in reply to an earlier letter regarding the interruption of postal and telecommunications services between the United Kingdom and Rhodesia; and what reply he has sent.
