§ Mr. Luard:My right hon. Friend the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster had valuable talks in Bonn on 13th April with Herr Scheel, the Federal German Foreign Minister, and other members of the Federal German Government, on European Community questions, including the prospects for Britain's negotiations for entry into the Communities.
