§ Mr. FreesonI regret that I have no information on when the local authority concerned will complete Phase 2 of the redevelopment scheme. Building was to have started this year but it has not yet done so. I understand indeed that a substantial number of families from the unfit houses on the site have not yet been rehoused. One might expect the scheme when completed to house some 700–800 people.
