§ Mr. RossFrom the £4,843,010 provided for the Scottish Development Department in the Civil Estimates, 1968–69 and 1969–70, Class VI 2, £371,814 has been repaid to the Ministry of Defence and other Departments for assistance given in kind, and £3,036,541 has been 217W paid in grants to the following local authorities. The Scottish Education Department has made no such payments:
