§ Mr. FowlerThe average annual percentage increase between 1968–69 and 1971–72 in the entry of students to full-time courses in universities in Great Britain is projected to be about 5 per cent. The corresponding figure for sandwich and full-time advanced courses in all colleges of further education (includ-108W ing polytechnics) is also about 5 per cent. The average annual increase in the entry to colleges of education will be rather less than 1 per cent.
