§ Mr. Straussasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government if he is aware that the Greater London Council has prepared a new scheme for its proposed office block for its staff on the Addington Street roundabout at the eastern approach to Westminster Bridge; and whether, in view of its proximity to the Houses of Parliament, hon. Members are to have an opportunity of studying its details before a final decision is taken.
§ Mr. GreenwoodYes, I am aware of the new scheme and I have arranged with the co-operation of the Greater London Council for a model and plans to be on display in the Upper Waiting Hall from Monday 13th April to Friday 17th April inclusive. The Council's new proposals differ greatly from the original scheme.
