§ Mr. Elystan MorganDuring the period of ten months from 1st November, 1968, there were 26,145 cases in which members of diplomatic missions did not respond to a fixed penalty notice issued under Section 80 of the Road Traffic Regulations Act, 1967. Particulars are as follows:
