asked the Secretary of State for Wales if he will institute an inquiry into the dangers of new methods of disposal of domestic waste in areas of high density flats and other dwellings.

If the hon. Member will send me details of what he has in mind I will certainly look into the matter, in consultation with my right hon. Friend the Minister of Housing and Local Government.
