asked the President of the Board of Trade what arrangements exist to reimburse officers and men of the Armed Services for the expenses they incur in providing official hospitality at British promotion weeks abroad sponsored by his Department.

There is no specific requirement for officers and men of the Armed Services to undertake official hospitality at British promotions abroad sponsored by the Board of Trade. We are grateful to them for adding such colour and warmth to these occasions.
