Brownasked the Secretary of State for Social Services, in view of the concern among medical laboratory technicians about the recommendations of the Zuckermann Report on the Hospital Scientific and Technical Services, if he will initiate discussions with their professional body, the Institute of Medical Laboratory Technology, before reaching any final decisions on the Report.
