§ Mr. DellI understand from the Board that about 24,300 employers in England and Wales and 7,700 in Scotland have paid the Agricultural, Horticultural and Forestry Industry Training Board's levy for 1968–69. About 53,800 employers in England and Wales and 5,800 in Scotland have still to pay. 9,000 employers in England and Wales and 400 in Scotland have still to pay the 1967–68 levy. The figures given include all categories of employer since the Board does not have readily available separate figures for agricultural and horticultural employers alone.
