§ 48. Mr. David Steelasked the Lord President of the Council whether he will take steps to provide more opportunities for Members representing Scottish constituencies to ask Questions of the Secretary of State for Scotland in view of his wide executive powers.
§ Mr. PeartAs I have already informed the House, the present roster arrangements are experimental. I will bear this particular point in mind when the roster is next under review.
