Mr. Alan WilliamsI have no evidence that electricity boards overcharge through pre-payment meters. If the hon. Member has a particular case in mind perhaps he would take it up with the chairman of the appropriate board. So far as electricity re-sold by landlords is concerned the possibility of legislation is being considered.
