§ 43. Mr. Kershaw
asked the Minister of Transport whether he is aware of the continued dangers at the Cambridge junction on the A38, and whether, in view of recent accidents, he will now take steps to alter the crossing or to provide a safe crossing whether by the use of white lines, an island refuge or otherwise.
Mr. Bob Brown
As the hon. Member knows, there are difficulties at this junction. Our Divisional Road Engineer is meeting local representatives shortly to try to reach agreement on effective measures.
