§ 67. Dame Irene Wardasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will give an assurance that his instructions to the management side of the National Whitley Council immediately concerned with negotiating a new salaries structure for the nursing profession are sufficiently flexible and generous to ensure that the nursing profession at all levels will receive salaries and conditions of service which will be acceptable to the public.
§ Mr. CrossmanMy representatives on the management side will play their due part in seeking a settlement acceptable to all those concerned.
