§ Dr. David OwenH.M. Dockyard, Singapore, was transferred to the Singapore Government on 1st December, 1968. It is now being operated as a commercial yard by the Sembawang Shipyard (Private) Company. Naval repair work is at present carried out in the Yard and the facilities, together with those of other ship repairing yards in the Island, will continue to be available after 1971.
