§ Mr. FowlerI would refer my hon. Friend to the reply which my right hon. Friend gave on 3rd November to the hon. Member for Dumfries (Mr. Hector Monro).
So far there have been no indications that fish or any other marine organisms are involved. Scientists of Government and voluntary organisations are continuing investigations under the general co-ordination of the Natural Environment Research Council and a further statement will be issued as soon as significant new information is available. —[Vol. 790, c. 29–30.]
