§ Mr. Milneasked the President of the Board of Trade if he will institute proceedings under the Trade Descriptions Act against Spanish tourist agencies which advertise in the United Kingdom offering holiday accommodation in Spain, in view of the fact that holidaymakers arriving in Spain find that the hotel in which they had been booked either was not built or is in the course of erection.
