§ Mr. John MackieMinisters have received a deputation from the Union on this subject and my right hon. Friend has had written representations. The Union's points are being considered and my right hon. Friend the Minister of218W Housing and Local Government will, I know, be announcing the Government's conclusions as soon as possible.
