§ Mr. Goronwy RobertsEighty-six member States of the United Nations were among the countries which received aid from the United Kingdom in 1968. Of these, at 30th April, 1969, the following 38 were in arrears in respect of some part of their contributions to the regular budget of the United Nations due up to the end of 1968:
