§ Mr. Harold LeverThe most important of the Government's foreign currency debts is our repurchase obligation in respect of past drawings from the International Monetary Fund. Any change in our debt to the Fund would be published. It would also be my right hon. Friend's intention to lay before the House any future letter of intent which, in accordance with the Fund's normal practice, might be addressed to the Fund in his name.
