§ Mrs. HartThe details are contained in The Superannuation (Civil Service and Public Transport Services) Transfer Rules 1968 (S.I. 1968 No. 841), which were made on 21st May, 1968. The relationship between the transfer value and service in the Civil Service is determined by reference to the Local Government transfer value tables, which are set out in S.I. 1954 No. 1212.
