§ Mr. HealeyThe provisional out-turns for 1968–69 represent just over 6 per cent. and about 6½ per cent. and 6⅓ per cent. respectively. The estimates for 1969–70 are expected to be about 5¾ per cent., just over 6 per cent. and 6 per cent. respectively.
