§ Mr. DellThere was no list of approved consultants for the pilot scheme. We were concerned to ensure that each consultant was competent to carry out the particular assignment and that the fee proposed was reasonable. We were able to draw on a number of sources of information as appropriate including the B.I.M./C.B.I. Management Consulting Services Information Bureau, and referees provided by the consultants.
