Whether they will publish figures showing the number of convictions of (a) adults and (b) minors since 1955 under the Dangerous Drugs Acts, the Drugs (Prevention of Misuse) Act 1968, the Pharmacy and Poisons Act 1933, and the associated Regulations, Orders and Rules; and whether they will tabulate the figures according to the relevant sections of each of the statutory provisions.
§ LORD STONHAMThe available information is given in the table which follows. For the Pharmacy and Poisons Act 1933, it is possible to give total figures only for prosecutions. For the others, adults and minors are distinguishable only in the statistics of convictions for 1967.
