§ Mr. CarmichaelThe consideration for the transfer of Granton Harbour to the Forth Ports Authority was determined by Article 16 of the Scheme scheduled to, and approved by, the Forth Harbour Reorganisation Scheme Confirmation (Special Procedure) Act, 1967. The amount paid was £575,000 plus interest.
