HC Deb 24 March 1969 vol 780 c206W
Mr. Leslie Huckfield

asked the Secretary of State for Social Services (1) whether he will review the constitution and operation of the General Practice Finance Corporation;

(2) how many representations he has received from general practitioners about the operation of the General Practice Finance Corporation; and what replies he has sent.

Mr. Crossman

I am not aware of any evidence suggesting that such a review is necessary.

Representations have been made on behalf of two general practitioners. The replies have indicated that the Government does not intervene in the day-today running of the Corporation's affairs.
