Mr. R. C. Mitchellasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will amend the Firemen's Pension Scheme (Amendment) Order, 1968, to allow the widow of a fireman killed while carrying out special emergency service duties to receive the same pension and gratuity as the widow of a fireman killed whilst engaged in fire-fighting operations.
