§ Mr. RossThe Central Committee of the St. Andrew's Scottish Ambulance Service is at present engaged in formulating proposals for training in accordance with the recommendations of the Working Party on Ambulance Training and Equipment, set up by my right hon. Friend, the then Minister of Health, and myself, including the possible establishment of a residential training school. I am awaiting formal proposals from the Central Committee.
