§ 84. Mr. Barnettasked the Secretary of State for Social Services whether the present Members' Pension Scheme, details of which are in his possession, meets the criteria for contracting out under the proposals outlined in the White Paper on Social Security, Command No. 3883.
Mr. GrossmanThe conditions for contracting out employed persons under these proposals will need to be prescribed in detail before particular schemes can be tested against them.
