§ Mr. FowlerDiscussions between the Shipbuilding Industry Board and individual companies about assistance under the Shipbuilding Industry Act are proceeding all the while and the board seeks my right hon. Friend's approval for loans and grants at the appropriate stage. I do not consider it would be right for me to reveal details of these discussions.
