§ Mr. Harold LeverThe Inland Revenue district valuer was formally asked for his opinion of the value of the property on 21st March, 1968 and gave it on 19th November. I understand that the position has not changed substantially since my hon. Friend the Under-Secretary of State for Defence replied to an earlier Question on this topic on 6th May, but 203W that the legal formalities in this complex case are proceeding as quickly as possible.—[Vol. 783, c. 64.]
