§ Mr. Biggs-Davisonasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what reports he has received of the whereabouts and treatment of Miss Sally Goatcher, a nurse who was working for the Save the Children Fund, and is missing in Biafra; and whether he will seek the good offices of other Governments, and of international bodies, to obtain the release of this British subject.
