§ Mr. Pavittasked the Attorney-General if he will move against the London Borough of Brent in respect of the breach of their undertaking given in the High Court on the South Kilburn Development Area.
§ The Attorney-GeneralI assume that the hon. Member is referring to the case of Grant and Others v. the Minister of Housing and Local Government and the London Borough of Brent. If the hon. Gentleman can refer me to any undertaking that was given by the London Borough of Brent in those proceedings, I will certainly consider the matter.
