§ Mrs. HartAs explained in the statement made on the 11th June by my right hon. Friend the Prime Minister, the Government's consultations with local authority and other organisations will be carried out by my right hon. Friend the Minister of Housing and Local Government with the co-operation of other Ministers as appropriate.
