§ Mr. WhitlockAs my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs indicated in his reply to my hon. Friend the Member for Kingston upon Hull, West (Mr. James Johnson) on 23rd May, the purpose of the team is to help train the Nigerian Navy for its post-war rôle.
