§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for Social Services whether, in view of the representations made to him by the hon. Member for West Ham, North, regarding the lapse of almost three months in replying to a communication from Mr. Ducher of the National Health Service Executive Council for North-East London, he will seek to ensure that when Members of Parliament, organisations and members of the public write to him they receive speedy replies to their communications.
