Mr. Speed

asked the Minister of Public Building and Works whether he will list 47 committees sponsored by his Department currently in existence which have as members persons outside the Civil Service; whether he will indicate which of them contain as members representatives of the building industry or persons working in the building industry; how long each of these committees has been sitting; how many reports each have produced; and whether he will indicate the function of each committee.
