§ Mr. William RodgersTechnological developments have opened the possibility of increased use of flight data recording both in the investigation of accidents and to monitor the standard of flight safety achieved in aircraft operations. The Board of Trade is about to consult the industry regarding draft proposals which have been developed on these matters and in the light of these consultations will consider appropriate changes to the requirements.
