§ Mr. George ThomasConsultations about railway services are matters for my right hon. Friend the Minister of Transport, with whom the responsibility rests. I have however received representations about the Central Wales Line from local authorities, organisations and individuals. These have been transmitted to my right hon. Friend, as have the views of the Welsh Council.
