§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Minister of Transport in view of the fact that a vehicle driver who exceeds the permitted intake of alcoholic liquor and is arrested for driving whilst under the influence can avoid the loss of his licence by claiming that he was acting under his employer's orders and that to refuse to drive might jeopardise his job, whether he will seek to amend the law to make these types of offences also liable to suspension of driving licences.
