§ Mr. Elystan MorganNo. I have seen a recent article in the Press about the 1939 Coventry explosion, but I cannot find anything in that article, nor am I aware of any new evidence elsewhere, to suggest that there is a case for re-examining the circumstances of the offence for which Peter Barnes was convicted.
